What to Expect From Your First Visit
Most people who call us are tired, stressed, and just want the problem to stop. Here is what actually happens on a first visit, so you know what you are signing up for.
We start with a thorough walk-around of the property — outside first. The exterior is where 90% of indoor pest pressure originates: gaps in siding, gaps under doors, woodpiles against the foundation, mulch beds pulled too tight against the house, untrimmed shrubs hugging the walls. We document it all. If you have a crawl space, we check that too — it is often the room of the house that nobody looks at and pests love most.
Then we walk the interior. We open cabinets and look behind appliances. We check the attic if it is accessible. We look at where you have seen activity, but we also look at the places you have not — pest evidence is usually heavier in low-traffic areas like guest bathrooms, basements, and unused bedrooms.
After the inspection, you get a real conversation. Not a sales pitch. We explain what we found, what is causing it, and what we recommend — including what you can fix yourself for free. If treatment is needed, we walk through what products we use, where they go, what they do not touch, and how long you should stay out of treated areas. Everything is written down before we begin.
If you have kids who crawl on the floor or pets who lick everything, tell us. Our product selection genuinely changes based on the household. That is not marketing — it is why I started this company.
