1. RODENT INSPECTION
We’ll start by performing a thorough inspection in and around your home. During this time, we will identify the areas of activity, potential entry points, and attractants. This step increases the chances of our baiting and tracking system.
2. RODENT BAITing and Tracking
We do not want to guess where activity is occurring. Our program includes a baiting and tracking product for the highest rate of success. We use a black light in correlation to the tracking product so we know where the mice have traveled and if they have eaten the bait.

3. Follow UP
After we place the baits and set the traps, we’ll return in about two weeks to ensure your rodent control program’s effectiveness and make adjustments as needed. We will use a black light to see where foraging and nesting activity is occurring so that any changes needed can be made.
4. (OptionaL) Residential Electronic Monitoring System (Rems)
For those of you that want active monitoring of your home. We can install stations that provide us a detailed report to timestamped activity and location. When our team returns for your service visit, we can pick up the data through Bluetooth. For new infestations, we can monitor for 60 days.
