Giving Back Through Protection and Purpose
Invicta Environmental Pest Defense’s Role in the Community

At Invicta Environmental Pest Defense, our work extends beyond protecting homes and businesses — it’s rooted in protecting people, families, and our community. As a mom-owned, family-focused company serving Wake. Durham, and Johnston County communities, Invicta Environmental Pest Defense believes that service doesn’t end with a job well done; it continues through compassion, generosity, and community involvement.
Our leadership and team are committed to using our time, experience, and resources to make a positive difference where we live and work.
💚 Serving Our Community — Past Contributions and Volunteer Efforts
The team at Invicta Environmental Pest Defense has proudly donated pest control services to organizations that serve families, children, and those in need throughout the Triangle region. These efforts reflect our company’s purpose-driven approach to protecting not just properties, but people.
Our community contributions include:
- Supporting Local Churches: Donated pest control services to Raleigh-area churches to create safe and welcoming spaces for worship and community events.
- Partnering with The Salvation Army: Provided free fire ant treatments around playgrounds and recreational areas, helping keep kids safe from painful stings and ensuring outdoor gatherings remain enjoyable for families.
- Supporting Lighthouse Christian Homeschool Association: Contributed pest prevention services to help maintain a clean, safe learning environment for local homeschool families.
Each commitment represents our dedication to helping others thrive in clean, healthy, and safe environments — a reflection of our core values as a family-run business.
👩👧 A Mom-Owned Company with a Family-First Heart
As a mom-owned and operated company, Invicta Environmental Pest Defense understands the importance of caring for families — not just our own, but others as well. Owner Elizabeth leads the company with a mother’s perspective: balancing professional excellence with genuine compassion.
Her approach emphasizes integrity, reliability, and the belief that people, not pests, are at the heart of every job. That same belief drives the company’s growing commitment to local outreach programs and community partnerships.
🌟 Looking Ahead — A Nonprofit for Children in Foster Care
In the coming years, Invicta Environmental Pest Defense hopes to take its community mission a step further by establishing a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing new clothes to children in foster care across the Raleigh area.
This organization, plans for official announcement in early-mid 2026, will work to ensure that no child feels left behind, unseen, or uncared for during one of the most difficult transitions a young person can face. The vision is to grow this effort steadily over three to five years, building partnerships and sustainable support so that every foster child in the region has access to brand new clothes that make them feel valued and confident.
For owner Elizabeth, this initiative is deeply personal. Two of her own children were adopted, and she knows firsthand how vital small acts of kindness can be during times of uncertainty. She believes that gifting new clothing to children in foster care is a tangible way to show care, restore dignity, and remind them that their community sees and loves them.
“No child should ever feel forgotten,” Elizabeth shares. “Sometimes something as simple as new clothes can remind a child that they matter. It’s a fresh start — a moment of comfort in the middle of change.”
With this upcoming nonprofit, Invicta Environmental Pest Defense aims to extend its mission of protection from the home to the heart — serving families not only through their professional services, but also by investing in hope for the next generation.
